These Terms apply to the Tozzers pre-launch website, waitlists and Founding 100 applications. The full marketplace terms will be published before live buying and selling begins.

1. About Tozzers

Tozzers is being developed as a UK-first 18+ non-explicit creator marketplace. The current website is a pre-launch service for collecting interest and applications.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to join a Tozzers waitlist or apply for the Founding 100. By submitting a form, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Waitlist and applications

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, approval, marketplace participation, creator status or any particular launch date.

Founding 100 applications may be reviewed manually. Tozzers may approve, decline or request further information before offering a Founding Creator place.

4. Founding 100 benefits

Any Founding 100 benefits shown on the website apply only to users formally accepted by Tozzers. Benefits may be subject to reasonable eligibility, verification and marketplace launch requirements.

5. Launch information

Dates, features, categories, pricing, fees and other pre-launch information may change as the platform is developed. We will aim to keep public information reasonably up to date.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the pre-launch website to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to interfere with the website, database, forms or security.
• Use another person's details without permission.
• Submit content or information connected with illegal activity.

7. Non-explicit platform position

Tozzers is intended for non-explicit adult creator content. The live marketplace will have separate content, safety and moderation rules before creators can upload or sell content.

8. Email communications

By joining a waitlist or submitting an application, you agree that Tozzers may send service messages connected with your signup and relevant pre-launch updates. You may ask us to stop non-essential updates at any time.

9. Availability

We may change, pause or withdraw parts of the pre-launch website while Tozzers is being built.

10. Liability

The pre-launch website is provided for information and signup purposes. Nothing on the pre-launch site guarantees earnings, sales, buyer demand or creator success.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the pre-launch website.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Tozzers develops. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
